3 Ways to Live Out God’s design of the Woman in You – Beyond Small Talk
The world has been trying to dictate womanhood, but the Bible has been insightful about God’s real design of the woman.
Yes, His design of you. God designed you (Genesis 2:22).
You are co-creators with Him in the multiplication of mankind (Genesis 9:7).
He also created you in equality with men (Genesis 1:27). Both of you are in the same rank but with different assignments and unique roles to bring glory to His name.
Oh, but these truths seem overwhelming! How would you be able to live this out?
Here are 3 ways to help you understand how God designed you as a woman be what God has created you to be one, from hosts Christine Kairuz, Bettinna Carlos, and Trish Chu.
- Look for mentors
Godly mentors will teach you on how to be a woman after God’s own heart. You need someone who will inspire, encourage, and coach you as you discover your true purpose in Him. Moreover, their sound wisdom and good advice will help you grow in your faith with God.
- Spend time reading the Word of God
“The Bible is our handbook on how to use this life according to His design,” explained Bettinna Carlos. So, as you take time to read and ponder on His Word, you will be aligned to how God designed you as a woman. Then, you will reap the rewards and enjoy the life God has for you.
- Obey His Word
It’s not enough to know His Word. You must act. If you want to experience transformation in your life, you need to apply and submit to the Word of God. As it says in James 2:20 NKJV, “faith without works is dead.” Let God’s Word be a lamp to your feet and light to your path (Psalm 119:105).
Know that you are fearfully and wonderfully made by God. He created your innermost being and knitted you together in your mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13-14)
And, He has already prepared everything beforehand that you should walk in them (Ephesians 2:10 NKJV).
So, it is not impossible to be able to carry out how God designed you as a woman.
